• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

4.2 Delivery Responsibility

You are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately.

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date for most of our contemporary furniture items. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Original proof of purchase is required
• Furniture must show no signs of assembly or use

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made furniture (ordered to your specific measurements)
• Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
• Garden decor that has been installed or exposed to weather
• Lighting fixtures showing installation attempts
