Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original proof of purchase required
- Furniture must show no signs of assembly or use
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-made furniture (ordered to your specific measurements)
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
- Garden decor that has been installed or exposed to weather
- Lighting fixtures showing installation attempts
How to Return an Item
