Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Furniture must show no signs of assembly or use

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made furniture pieces (specifically ordered to your measurements)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Garden decor items that have been installed or exposed to weather
  • Lighting fixtures that show signs of installation attempts

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
  4. Ship your return to our warehouse at:

  5. Track your return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds: Typically processed within 24 hours

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exchange Process

Prefer a different item? We’re happy to help with exchanges for products of equal value. If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Exchange processing time is typically 7-10 business days after we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items
